Marketing and Advertising Agency Encourages Bangor Residents and Businesses to Give

January 18, 2010 – Bangor, ME – Pulse Marketing LLC, Bangor’s newest marketing and advertising agency, made a contribution to Haiti this week. The money has been donated to assist Haitians who have been affected by the earthquake that caused devastation in their country last week.

Pulse Marketing LLC strongly believes in helping those in need, and thus made a donation to the aid of Haiti through World Vision®. Not only has the Bangor-based company donated to the relief fund for Haiti, Pulse Marketing is also encouraging the other residents and businesses of Bangor to do the same.

“The people of Haiti are in a desperate time of need following this catastrophic earthquake,” says Cintia Miranda, managing director and founder of Pulse Marketing LLC. “It’s time for the good people of Bangor to come together to offer their support in any way they can.”

Pulse Marketing LLC has showed its support for charitable organizations since its inception. On January 12, 2010, a 7.0-magnitude earthquake struck Haiti just ten miles from the capital, Port-au-Prince. Damage was widespread, destroying the Presidential Palace, the Haitian Parliament building, and the National Cathedral, along with the city’s main hospitals and prisons. It has been estimated that the death toll will reach anywhere from 40,000 to 200,000. Donations to help the people and country of Haiti can be made on the World Vision® website.
